Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Coordination
• Draft and edit basic content: LinkedIn posts, short articles, event write-ups, internal mailers, captions, and website text (under guidance).
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, BU heads, project teams) to gather inputs, photos and stories.
• Work with designers / agencies when needed and follow up for timely outputs.
• Social Media & Digital Presence
• Manage SOE’s LinkedIn company page posting calendar (as guided by Marketing Lead/MD).
• Prepare post drafts for leadership / HR review where relevant.
• Track basic metrics (likes, comments, reach, followers) and report monthly.
• Employer Branding Support
• Create and post content related to hiring – job posts, campaign creatives, culture stories, return-to-work, women in STEM, etc.
• Coordinate with HR for career fair materials, internal events and joining day showcases.
• Keep careers-related content (basic website text, templates) updated.
• Internal Communication Support
• Help prepare presentations, posters and mailers for townhalls, Leadership Lounge, Unfiltered, celebrations and CSR activities.
• Capture event photos, short quotes and highlights; convert them into simple stories.
• Maintain a basic archive of photos, templates and past content.
• Design & Creative Development
• Design visually appealing marketing collateral, including social media creatives, brochures, flyers, posters, banners, infographics, presentations, emailers, and event branding materials.
• Develop creative assets for employer branding, recruitment campaigns, internal communications, and corporate events.
• Create and edit basic videos, reels, GIFs, and motion graphics for digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Ensure all creative materials adhere to SOE's brand guidelines, visual identity, and communication standards.
• Coordinate with external agencies, designers, or printers for high-quality production when required.
• Brand Consistency & Templates
• Design and maintain branded templates for presentations, brochures, flyers, social media posts, certificates, newsletters, and other marketing collateral.
• Ensure consistency in typography, colour palette, logo usage, imagery, and overall visual identity across all communication channels.
• Continuously improve creative templates and design assets to enhance brand recall and operational efficiency.
• Basic Market & Competitor Scanning
• Periodically scan Metso and other relevant industry pages for ideas, themes and best practices.
• Share a simple summary of interesting content, formats and campaigns with Marketing Lead/MD.

• • Support delivery projects on implementation of product safety management process and application of IEC 61511
  • Perform independent verification of product safety steps in accordance with Metso guidelines and international standards, such as IEC 61511/IEC 62061
  • Provide regular training to project team members on the application of PSM process and related tools, templates, and procedures
  • Execute internal audits and functional safety assessments
  • Contribute to maintaining and continuous improvement of PSM process and procedures

• • University degree in Automation, Process or Safety Engineering
  • Functional Safety Management Expertise (TÜV Certificate or similar preferable)
  • Knowledge of HAZARD analysis, Functional Safety, HAZOP and LOPA, ATEX study
  • Competency in functional and process safety
  • Knowledge of IEC 61511, IEC 62061/EN 13849
  • Proven ability to lead complex technical discussions with stakeholders at all levels
  • Project execution experience
  • Good and proactive team working skills in an internationally operating matrix organization
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • Typical minimum relevant experience required: 5-8 years, recognized expert in own field

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Document Management System (DMS) Oversight

• Develop and maintain document control procedures and workflows
• Ensure version control and document integrity across all records
• Manage electronic workflow, transmittals in the document systems
• Maintain traceability of document changes and approvals

2. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure documents comply with relevant standards like ISO...  
• Support internal and external audits

3. Document Lifecycle Control

• Control creation, review, approval, distribution, and archival of documents
• Maintain master document registers

4. Team Coordination

• Supervise document control staff or coordinators
• Train employees on document control procedures
• Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, procurement, and project teams

5. Stakeholder Support

• Provide controlled access to documents for internal/external stakeholders
• Respond to document requests in a timely manner
• Ensure confidentiality of sensitive documents

6. System Improvement

• Implement and improve document management software/tools
• Digitize paper-based systems where applicable
• Optimize workflows for efficiency and compliance

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of document management systems (e.g. EDMS tools, SharePoint, Aconex)
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Knowledge standards and compliance requirements
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to manage large volumes of technical documentation
• Proficiency in MS Office and database systems

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (any relevant field such as Engineering, Business Administration, Information Management)
• 10+ years of experience in document control & management systems
• Experience in industries like Mining & Metals, Oli & Gas, Manufacturing Construction with Engineering, EPC/EPCM background is often preferred
• Certified Document Controller (CDC) will be an advantage.
