Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Policy

At Sidvin Outotec Engineering (SOE), we are committed to maintaining a safe, inclusive, and respectful workplace for all. In line with the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, SOE has a clearly defined POSH Policy in place.

  • Legally Compliant : Our POSH Policy complies fully with the Act issued by the Government of India.
  • Annual Review : The policy is reviewed and updated every year to ensure continued alignment with the law and best practices.
  • Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) : SOE has a duly constituted Internal Complaints Committee, comprising both internal members and an external expert, to ensure fair and unbiased grievance redressal.
  • Awareness & Training : All employees undergo mandatory POSH awareness sessions and refresher trainings as part of our commitment to building a safe and empowered work culture.
